These are the AKC shows we have entered, or plan on entering this year.  If you're interested in catching us (or other amazing Shibas) at a show, please feel free to reach out to us to confirm ring times so we can advise you of when the Shibas will be there!

Jan 15-18, 2026 Portland, OR Rose City Classic (ZZ, Kuro)

Mar 21-22, 2026 Bremerton, WA Peninsula Dog Fanciers Club (ZZ, Mika)

ZZ finished his Champion title at Bremerton, and took Best of Breed and a Group 3 placement the following day!

May 1-2, 2026 Gray Summit, MO Nippo Classic East; Colonial Shiba Club (we will not make this one in 2026)

May 2-4, 2026 Gray Summit, MO Gateway Cluster (we will not make this one in 2026)

May 23-24, 2026 Golden, CO Nippo North America Expo (Kai, Kuro)

Jun 6-7, 2026 Lakewood, WA Gig Harbor Kennel Club (Kuro, Omen)

July 3-5, 2026 Puyallup, WA Puyallup Valley Dog Fanciers (Kuro, Omen)

Jul 18-19, 2026 Graham, WA Tacoma Kennel Club (ZZ, Omen) 

August 7-9, 2026 Tenino, WA Sammamish Kennel Club (ZZ, Kuro, Mika)

ZZ was awarded Select dog, and also took Best of Breed on Sunday! On Friday, Mika was awarded Winners Bitch and Best Opposite Sex. Kuro was awarded Winners Bitch over some nice competition on Sunday.

August 14-16, 2026 Enumclaw, WA Olympic Kennel Club (ZZ, Kuro, Mika, Omen)

Omen got her first points! She was awarded Winners Bitch out of six girls- some very tough competition! Mika had fun in the ring but was horrified that Fast Cat wasn't available at this show. ZZ was awarded another Select Dog- he's well on his way to his Grand Championship!
